Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Dispatches are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier services.
Responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient upon successful delivery.

Exchange Policy

Bombay Tie Company does not accept returns. Exchanges are available only for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
